Here at Shadow Ridge Dental Care, we want you to feel comfortable, confident, and ready for your first visit! We do our best to make you and your family’s trip to the dentist a great experience. Oral care is something worth smiling about!

What to Expect

1. If you did not fill out the “New Patient Forms” below, please arrive 15 minutes early to fill out the forms.
2. Please have your insurance information ready before arriving
3. One of our great staff members will take you to the back in order to begin your appointment
4. During the appointment, you will receive: necessary x-rays, an oral cancer screen, teeth photos, and we will check your gums to be sure they are healthy.
5. To finish your first visit, you will have a personalized consult with Dr. Gardner or Dr. Young. He will check your oral health, answer questions, resolve concerns, and help you create a treatment plan to reach your #smilegoals!
